Speech Language Pathologist

We are a growing private practice in Lawrence, Kansas, offering speech and occupational therapy to pediatric and adult clients in Lawrence and the surrounding communities. We are currently looking to add a full-time pediatric SLP to our team serving Lawrence, Topeka, and surrounding communities. Therapists are responsible for assessment and treatment of clients with a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to, autism, apraxia, developmental delay, speech sound disorder, phonological disorder, ankyloglossia, dysphagia, receptive and expressive language delay, voice disorder and fluency disorder.

 

Candidates for this position must be able to effectively communicate and interact with families, caregivers, community partners, and colleagues.

 

Candidates should have a strong basis in research-based interventions that incorporate movement, sensory and play-based approaches.

 

Candidates applying should be self-motivated and capable of handling their own schedule.

 

Candidates must be willing to effectively utilize our EMR system, and produce effective, efficient written communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

​

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
